Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns

We accept returns only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID/invoice).
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped/dispatched.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our return policy above.
